Our registered apprenticeships are a Department Of Labor-protected wage class that allows the apprentice's wage to increase incrementally as they build skills toward standard qualifications. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, apprentices will have earned a nationally accredited portable credential (equivalent to college credits), unlocking new earning prospects and earning, on average, $300k more over their lifetime compared to non-apprentice peers.
